Testing Trilateral, U.S.-Japan, and U.S.-ROK Responses to North Korean Provocations: Tabletop Exercise Pacific Trident
On March 22, Sasakawa USA will host a media event announcing the release of its report “Testing Trilateral, U.S.-Japan, and U.S.-ROK Responses to North Korean Provocations: Tabletop Exercise Pacific Trident.” This invite-only luncheon will include a panel discussion on Exercise Pacific Trident, a three-day tabletop exercise designed to test the policy, diplomatic, and military responses of the United States, Japan, and South Korea to North Korean provocations that involve all three countries.
William H. Sato, a special advisor to the Cabinet Office of the Japan government, wrote about ways to prepare for cyber attacks in a November 27 column published in the World Economic Forum. Sato outlined the activities and findings of a recent tabletop exercise (or TTX) sponsored by Sasakawa USA.
