Dennis Blair testified Wednesday, July 13, 2016 before the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations Subcommittee on East Asia, the Pacific, and International Cyber Security. The hearing addressed “U.S. Policy Options in the South China Sea” following the July 12 release of a UN Tribunal decision on maritime disputes between the Philippines and China.
