Darah Phillip joined Sasakawa USA in September 2016 as a Research Intern, and now assists with Research team projects and publications as a Research Assistant. Prior to joining Sasakawa USA, Phillip interned at the Mekong Development Research Institute in Hanoi, Vietnam, and at the International Peace and Security Institute in Washington, D.C. Phillip also worked as a Junior Fellow at Morningside University at the Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2013 to 2015, and as a Program Manager at the Asperger Syndrome Training & Employment Partnership prior to that.
Phillip completed an M.A. in International Affairs with a concentration in Asian Studies from the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University in 2017, and graduated from Wellesley College with a B.A. in East Asian Studies.
