Adam Morrow joined Sasakawa USA in March 2020 as Program Assistant, and was promoted to Associate Program Officer the following May. He serves on the Research Team where he is helping to develop Sasakawa USA’s Pacific Islands Project. Prior to 2020, Adam was an intern at Sasakawa USA. He also previously worked as an intern at both the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies and Pacific Forum in Honolulu.
Adam graduated from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa in 2014. There he earned a dual BA in Asian Studies and Japanese language as well as a minor in economics. Most recently, he graduated George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs with a with MA in International Affairs, where his research focused on climate security issues in the Asia-Pacific.
