Established by Sasakawa Peace Foundation USA in 2021, the US-Japan NEXT Alliance Initiative’s goal is to help improve the alliance and how it serves shared interests, preparing it for emerging challenges in an increasingly complex and dynamic geostrategic environment. We do this by connecting bilateral policy and expert communities engaged with these new challenges, and then sharing with wider audiences the information and ideas generated.
