Celebrating U.S.-Japan friendship as symbolized by Japan’s gift of the cherry blossom trees, Sasakawa USA will present an innovative public discussion April 2 highlighting U.S.-Japan leadership and collaboration in emerging technologies. The event will be held as part of the 2019 National Cherry Blossom Festival and will take place in the Mayflower Hotel’s District Ballroom.
Please join us to hear from Silicon Valley experts on technology trends in the United States and Japan with a focus on technologies surrounding autonomous driving vehicles. Panelists will explore how autonomous driving can dramatically transform our future way of life, and highlight areas where the United States and Japan can further collaborate to promote and govern the application of self-driving vehicle technology in the United States, Japan, and the world.
There will also be a light reception following the discussion featuring Japanese appetizers and cherry blossom-themed décor.
