Sasakawa USA is proud to have sponsored this year’s Cyber3 Conference in Tokyo, Japan from October 5-6, 2017, a two-day event on cybersecurity jointly held with the 5th International Cybersecurity Symposium at Keio University’s Mita Campus. The conference focused on Japan’s cybersecurity goals for 2020 and global cooperation on cybersecurity in the next decade. Cyber3, which refers to cyber connections, cybercrime and cybersecurity, is increasingly important in solving basic problems in today’s world where aging societies and smart cities are more and more common.
The theme of this year’s Cyber3 Conference was “2020 and Beyond.” By sharing knowledge from experts from various countries, sectors, and specialties, the 2017 Cyber3 Conference aimed to discuss what can be done today to prepare for the cybersecurity problems of tomorrow.
